The insurance certificate was sent to your email address within three working days following the conclusion of the insurance agreement. If you would like us to send your insurance certificate again, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected].

Electrical appliance insurance

If your domestic electrical appliances break down due to a sudden and unforeseen external matter (e.g. thunder, short circuit, overload, under- or overvoltage), they are insured with the Equal package to an extent of up to 1500 euros. Insurance deductible is 50 euros. In case of a loss event, have the repairman look over the device and ask for a report, where the reasons for the loss, repair cost and the market value of the device prior to the loss event are pointed out. Then fill out the form below and describe what happened in detail. The insurance partner of Enefit, If Kindlustus (insurer), will be in contact with you about the loss decision after you have filled out the form. The policyholder is Enefit.

Power failure insurance

If damage to the electrical system, which needs repairing or replacing, has taken place in your home (e.g. you lost power in one room or floor, socket or wiring went burning), then choose subdivision "Order an electrician" and order Enefit electrical works to come and help by means of the form below or calling the number 777 4040. Insurance included in the Equal package covers up to 100 euros of the bill of an Enefit electrician call. Insurance deductible is 0 euros.
