Payment extension

In order to mitigate the effects of the increase in energy prices, the state partially reimburses the electricity network fee and fully the gas network fee for all consumers. In addition, low- and middle-income households can receive partial compensation for their electricity, gas and heat bills.

Payment extension frome Eesti Energia

If you feel that you need an extension to the payment deadline of a bill from Eesti Energia, submit us the request.

You will be contacted within five business days to agree on more detailed terms for the payment of the bill.

A payment extension will be accompanied by a default interest rate half lower in the period 01.01.2022-30.04.2022: 0.033% per day.

Therefore, we recommend that you pay your bills as soon as possible and as much as possible to reduce your default interest accrued.
