In May, we adopted a new method for calculating monthly fees. If the customer's calculation period is 27–33 days, then we will issue the bill based on the monthly fees in the price list. But if the calculation period is shorter than 27 days or longer than 33 days, then we will issue the bill based on daily fees. Daily fees are calculated based on the monthly fee in the price list that has been divided by 30 and multiplied by the number of days in your calculation period.

For example, if your calculation period is 15 days, we will calculate the fee by dividing the monthly fee in the price list by 30 and multiplying it by 15. If your calculation period is two months, we divide the monthly fee by 30 and multiply it by the number of days in these two months.

The changes only affect customers who pay their bills based on the monthly fees in the price list, but whose calculation period is shorter or longer than a month. The change does not concern customers who receive their bills based on their electricity consumption. The new calculation method does not concern customers who pay their bills monthly based on monthly fees.

We offer customers with monthly fee packages, but whose calculation period is shorter or longer than a month, the opportunity to switch to a monthly calculation period.
