Important changes in the operation of Eesti Energia customer service centres

In the middle of October, Eesti Energia is about to change its customer information and transaction systems. The new information system will allow us to offer customers more prompt and convenient service along with added functionality and interactivity in the self-service section on our website.

Due to the reorganization, all Eesti Energia customer service centres in Estonia and our self-service section on the Internet at site will be closed 14—19 October.

During this period you are welcome to use our customer service line 1545. However, please keep in mind that finding a solution to your problem may take up to 5 working days. We will be able to provide more prompt service before 14 October and after 20 October.

The transition to the new information system will not affect the operation of the power grid or emergency and fault line 1343.
