On 19 July 2011, the new standard conditions for our electricity supply contracts come into force. The new conditions were approved by the Competition Board, and are an integral part of our electricity supply contracts.

The new conditions will specify the settlement procedure and make it easier for customers to amend or terminate their contracts.
