We have updated the menu and structure of our e-service so that when the market opens you will see the topics that are most important to you first.

Menu
We have now organised our information under eight main menu options at the top of the page: Home (the house symbol), Electricity, Electricity Market Opening, Energy Efficiency, Electrical Work, Customer Support, Press Centre and About Eesti Energia. The new main menu does not have separate pages for residential and business customers. You can now change your e-service settings, preferences and contact information here, not at the bottom of the page like before. Information about electricity production, technologies and investor relations is now under the Eesti Energia menu tab.



It is easy to use the updated menu – just choose the menu tab that interests you and a sub-menu with a clear and logical layout will open, with a short introduction to each subject that will appear before you click on it. This way you can reach the information that interests you faster.

Bottom of the page
The bottom of the page is also more informative now and with just one click you can navigate to the most popular pages, such as those for submitting readings, viewing bills or updating contact information. The links at the bottom of the page will always remain the same no matter which page you are on.

Top of the page
The top of the e-service page lets you choose your language and it now has links to other Eesti Energia sites for energy sales in Latvia, energy sales in Lithuania, liquid fuels production and Elektrilevi's network services.

You can log in, submit readings and do many other things in just the same way as before.
