From 01.01.2023, the updated Standard Terms and Conditions of the electricity contract andgas
contract will enter into force. Standard Terms and Conditions are an integral part of our contracts.
The most important changes to the Standard Terms and Conditions of the electricity
contract:
If the buyer does not agree to the changes to the new Standard Terms and Conditions, they have the right to
cancel the contract by notifying no later than 14 days before the changes or new Standard Terms and Conditions
take effect (previously 1 month).
The buyer who is a legal entity has the right to cancel the contract at any time by notifying the seller at
least 14 days in advance (previously 1 month).
The natural person buyer has the right to cancel the contract at any time by notifying the seller at least 14
days in advance (previously 1 month).
If the buyer does not agree to the price change stipulated in the clause, they have the right to cancel the
contract by notifying the seller no later than 14 days before the new price takes effect (previously 1 month).
The most important changes to the Standard Terms and Conditions of the gas contract:
From now on, the seller has the right to change the price agreed in the contract by giving at least 30 days'
notice. Generally, the seller revises the price a few times a year, the change may be based on a changed market
situation and/or competitive situation.
If the buyer does not agree to the price change stipulated in the clause, they haves the right to cancel the
contract by notifying the seller no later than 14 days before the new price takes effect (previously 1 month).
The buyer has the right to terminate the open-ended contract in an orderly manner in connection with a change of
gas seller, by notifying the seller 14 (fourteen) days in advance (previously 1 month).
