I agree that in order to make a gas offer Enefit can enquire about my places of consumption and gas consumption data from the transmission system operator Elering or the local network operator* This gas contract is for business customers whose annual consumption is up to 10,000 m³ (100 MWh). If your annual consumption is bigger, this contract is invalid. I confirm that the annual consumption does not exceed 10,000 m³ (100 MWh)* I authorise Enefit to terminate my contract with my current gas seller on my behalf* I agree to the terms and conditions of the contract * Please confirm your consent.

Important terms and conditions of the contract

Two available price packages: 1) fixed price package, 2) variable price package.
In accordance with that set out in the standard terms and conditions, the seller has the right to submit to the buyer a price offer for the new supply period prior to the end of the current supply period. If the buyer does not inform the seller of their wish to terminate the agreement in accordance with the procedure set out in the standard terms and conditions, the agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into between the parties on the terms and conditions set out in the price offer.
The variable price is based on the price list and is valid for the accounted month. The price is changed on a monthly basis, with a notification of the change provided 30 days in advance via the e-service at www.energia.ee*. Information concerning the price changes is also available via our customer service number.
If you wish, you may cancel your contract by notifying us via our customer service line or e-mail address at least one month in advance.
In the event of any disagreements arising from the performance, amendment or termination of the contract, please contact us. In addition, you may also request assistance from the Consumer Protection Board.
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing, by notifying us via our customer service line. You will have to pay for any gas energy consumed by the time of the cancellation at the prices agreed upon in your contract.

The Seller has the right to submit a price quotation to the Buyer, at least one month before the end of the validity of the Contract or of the supply period, for a product package with a new supply period and with the same or similar conditions. The Parties have agreed that if the Buyer fails to inform the Seller of its intention to end the Contract within 14 days, at the latest, before the end of the validity of the Contract or supply period, the Contract shall be extended for the new supply period under the conditions specified in the price quotation

The price is changed on a monthly basis, with a notification of the change provided 30 days in advance via the e-service at www.energia.ee*. Information concerning the price changes is also available via our customer service number.
