    An inverter is an electrical device that converts direct current from the battery into alternating current suitable for the grid. The system we offer includes all the equipment required for the correct operation of the storage, including a hybrid inverter.

    The system comes with a WiFi or 4G network device, which connects the devices to the internet. When the WiFi module is used, the home WiFi signal must reach the location of the inverter. For the 4G module, it is necessary to purchase a mobile internet SIM card, the recommended data volume is at least 25 MB/month.

    Yes, in order to connect the inverter belonging to the energy storage to the network, it is necessary to conclude a network contract with the electricity producer. The complete solution we offer includes submitting the necessary applications and preparing the required documents.

    The size of the main fuse depends on the power of the inverter. The required main fuse size is indicated on the electricity producer's connection application and confirmed by Elektrilevi. In a simplified way, the size of the main fuse is selected by multiplying the power of the inverter by 1.4. For example, for a 10 kW inverter, the size of the main fuse should be 16 A (10 kW × 1.4 = 14).

    The Luna2000 batteries in our product range are made of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and are known for their high safety and long life. Depending on the conditions of use, the battery is expected to last an average of 15–20 years.

    In general, the storage devices do not require special maintenance, but to ensure a long life of the system, we recommend visually inspecting and cleaning the system.

    The inverter is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, the storage device is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty or 16.45 MWh of energy use per 5 kWh battery module, other devices are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, installation work is covered by a 5-year warranty.
